Commonly asked questions:

What time will my order be delivered?

Your order will be delivered by 12:00pm on the delivery date requested. We are unable to take a delivery time request as this is a multi drop service.

Do you offer gluten free options?

Yes. You can view what is gluten free by clicking on the dish description and looking at the dietary info section.

How do I make payment?

You will be sent an invoice from us to which you are able to make payment directly from the document. Invoices are sent once the cut off for your delivery date has gone.

When is the nearest delivery day?

Our order, edit & cancellation deadlines are as follows:

* Order Monday by 12pm for Wednesday delivery.

* Order Tuesday by 12pm for Thursday delivery.

* Order Wednesday by 12pm for Friday delivery.

* Order Thursday by 12pm for Monday delivery.

* Order Friday by 12pm for Tuesday delivery.

You will not be able to select a date on our calendar if the deadline time has gone or we are closed. Please contact us via our contact form if you require an order where the deadline time has gone. We will always try to help where we can!

How far in advance can I place an order?

You can place an order up to 90 days in advance. You are able to edit or cancel your order so long as you are within the deadline (see when is my nearest delivery day for specific deadlines). You can easily make these changes from your order confirmation or from your order history in the customer dashboard.
