Terms of service

Terms & Conditions of Service:

(1): All invoice(s) must be paid for in full and within the payment terms set out. Failure to do so may result in your account being suspended or cancelled.

(2): Invoice(s) that are not paid on time will incur an interest charge of 8.0% per calendar month. You will additionally incur the cost of all legal fees and debt recovery costs set by late payment legislation.

(3): Catering provided other than that supplied by Faze Caterers for your group is strictly prohibited.

(4): It is your responsibility to communicate allergen information to the guests of the catering group you have booked for. Allergen information can be found on our website.

(5): Food being held at ambient temperatures should be disposed of within four hours. We accept no responsibility for the temperature control of the food once it has been delivered.

(6): All food provided by Faze Caterers must be consumed on the day of delivery.

(7): The client is fully responsible for placing, editing, and cancelling their own orders through our website. This includes ensuring that enough food is ordered, and any dietary/allergen requirements are catered for and separated from other products. Allergen and dietary information is clearly displayed on our website as is product quantities. If you have any queries, please contact us before placing an order.

(8): Purchase orders or references that you require to be stated on your invoices must be communicated in the purchase order box when placing an order. Any orders received without a purchase order reference stated will be invoiced with the Faze Online order number as the reference. Invoices rejected and sent back to us through an incorrect or missing purchase order will be re-invoiced to the company name c/o your name and you are expected to and fully responsible of resolving this issue directly with your accounts team or by settling the invoice yourself within the payment terms set out on the invoice. Please note that if you edit an order, you are required to input the purchase order once again as this will automatically be removed from the original order.

(9): Your order will automatically be sent using a pre 12pm delivery slot on the requested delivery date. As this is a multi-drop service, we are unable to deliver at a specific time.
